Our goal is to make sure that you are 100 percent satisfied with your Wicked BOOtique purchase and that includes making sure it is the “perfect” fit. We will gladly exchange an item for a different size of the same item. Please review the following information regarding our exchange policy:
- Due to periods with high sales volume, we cannot always guarantee that we have exchange items available. In order to ensure that we can provide you with the appropriate merchandise, we ask that you order the appropriate replacement item from the Wicked BOOtigue website (this will allow you to ensure product availability). If the replacement item you need is unavailable, please follow the return policy to return the item for a full refund.
- Return the unwanted item by completing the return/exchange request form on the back of your original invoice and enclose it with the item(s) you wish to exchange (We MUST have the form in order to process your exchange).
- Include a copy of your online order confirmation for the correct exchange item.

- Items must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date the order was received in order to process your refund (please see below for the exception for Halloween returns during the month of October). Your refund will be completed within 30 calendar days from the date we receive your return. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Although unlikely, should you receive a defective item from us, we will gladly replace it with the same item with no shipping charge to you.
- Halloween costume returns made during the month of October must be returned within 7 calendar days from the date the order was received in order to process your refund.
- No returns will be processed for any reason if received after 14 calendar days (7 calendar days in October) from your order delivery date.
- All items must be unworn and in the original packaging. Due to health regulations, the following items cannot be returned if the original packaging has been opened: hosiery, panties, wigs, eyelashes and make up. Costumes including lingerie items may not be returned if opened or worn.
- Clearance items may not be returned or exchanged. All sales are final.
